Soul Town Festival has established itself as one of the UK’s top boutique festivals and they return with another electrifying roster of Soul, Disco, Motown, and Reggae acts on September 31st and August 1st, 2024. This year, the festival is back at the Croydon Recreation Ground in the heart of Beckenham, Kent, promising an even grander experience than before. Among the headliners announced on the Magic Radio main stage are the legendary Four Tops, the soulful Tavares, the iconic Atlantic Starr, the Trammps, the legendary Earth, Wind & Fire Experience by Al McKay, Maxi Priest, Kenny Thomas, Jocelyn Brown, Damage, Odyssey, Gwen Dickey, the soulful Ray Lewis, captivating Sonny Tennet and the rising star Jessica Wilde. 

This year the Garden party dance tent is back, providing a special place to dance with your hands in the air as the sun goes down and the stars come out.

On Saturday, August 31st, The Garden Tent, hosted by SoulTown Garden Party, will have performances from the likes of Julie McKnight, Tough Love, Kele Le Roc, No Artificial Colours, RFD Tony R MBE, Rob Crouch, Jesse James, The Page Twins, Guy Dangelo, CJ Sax Live, Leuick J, Mrs. S, Jack Bullock on percussion, and Arise on Sax and Keys.

On Sunday Clock Work Orange, the legendary promotion synonymous with electrifying sounds and unforgettable experiences, are set to make a triumphant return to Soul Town Festival, bringing their iconic vibe back, with a lineup that reads like a who's who of dance music royalty, Clock Work Orange promises pulsating beats and euphoric melodies.

Headlining this eagerly anticipated Soul Town Garden Tent takeover are some of the most revered names in the industry, including Smoking Jo, whose infectious energy behind the decks has captivated audiences worldwide. Joining her will be Brandon Block, known for his larger-than-life persona and unparalleled ability to ignite dance floors. We recommend that you book taxis in advance. Drop off and pick up is outside the site - please advise the driver NOT to park and wait on the local roads. The area is also well served by Uber.

Soultown Festival 2024 takes place across two days on Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September 2024.

Soultown Festival is held at Croydon Road Recreation Ground in Beckenham, Kent.

Soultown Festival brings together the biggest Soul, Motown, Disco, Funk & House acts from across the globe across two days on Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September 2024.

On both days, Soultown Festival gates open at 12pm and the last entry into the festival is 6pm. On Saturday 31st August, the festival finishes at 10pm and on Sunday 1st September closes one hour earlier at 9pm.

Saturday is over 21’s and Sunday is all ages welcome. There are lots of free rides for the children.

• Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
• Anyone over 21 can only accompany a max of 2 persons under 21.

Food and beverages will be available to purchase from approved vendors on the Soultown Festival site only. There will be a variety of food vendors serving a range of quality food including GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN and VEGETARIAN options. There will be drinking water available on site free of charge. No food and drink will be allowed upon entry into the festival site due to stipulation in their licence. A search policy operates at the Festival and any food and drinks including alcohol will be confiscated.

No chairs or blankets will be allowed to be brought on site at Soultown Festival and any found on entry will have to be left at the gates.
